PROTECTION AND PROCESSING
OF PERSONAL DATA
In the capacity of “Data Controller” as OGM Prodüksiyon ve Medya Hizmetleri A.Ş. (OGM), in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in Fulfilling the Lighting Obligation, and for what purpose it can be transferred, the method and legal reason of collecting your personal data, and we would like to inform you about your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.
I. Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected and processed within the scope of the transaction described below by OGM within the scope of the basic principles in the 4th article of the Law, the personal data processing conditions (legal reasons) and the purposes in the 5th and 6th articles;
• Fulfillment of our obligations arising from our legislation, such as Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Commercial Law, Labor Law and complying with the information and reporting obligations, if requested by the administrative authorities;
• To fulfill the rights and other side rights of our employees arising from the legislation, to carry out human resources activities, to inform the relevant public institutions and organizations and to make official correspondence,
• Ensuring that obligations under the contractual relationship are properly enforced;
• Planning and execution of business activities and operational processes;
• TV series, movies, etc. to carry out business activities and to carry out the contractual and legal processes related to these activities,

II. Transfer of Personal Data and Transfer Purpose
Your personal data can be trasnmitted to financial institutions, authorized public institutions and organizations, to third parties we receive services from, to cooperating organizations, program partners to carry out our business activities for the purposes and legal reasons set out in Article 1 of this Obligatory Text within the scope of the provisions of the Law on transferring personal data and transferring it abroad.
III. Personal Data Collection Method
Your personal data can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, complete the contact form on our website, our direct and indirect subsidiaries. In addition, your personal data may be collected by other methods whereby you contact OGM.
IV. Rights of the Data Subject
You may use the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data with a request you make to OGM. The requests submitted within this scope will be finalized by our company within thirty days at the latest. In this context, as the data subject, you have rights that;
To find out whether your personal data is processed,
Requesting information about your personal data if it has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Request your personal data to be deleted or destroyed,
In case your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Requesting the elimination of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the illegal processing of
your personal data,
V. Application Method to Data Controller
You must send your application form to the application address
• By mail, provided that it is wet signed with documents that identify you,
• By registered electronic mail,
• Through secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
• By using the e-mail address registered in our system
Depending on your application method, you can send your application form to the post, e-mail or registered e-mail addresses where appointed below. During the submission of the Application Form, “Personal Data Protection Law Information Request” must be written on the envelope or in the subject of the e-mail to be sent. We will respond to your application as soon as possible and according to feature of the request, within 30 days from the date of your request reached. We will deliver your responses to your requests in written or electronic form. If the provided information and documents by you are missing or incomprehensible, you will be contacted to clarify your application.
